We painted the day before Father’s Day and were specifically told our 2 small pieces would be ready for pick up next day- I let them know that this would be for Father’s Day. Upon my next day arrival another young girl told me that pieces typically are not ready for a week. We constantly had to ask staff to bring us more paint and felt a bother while we were the only ones in the store. I got an email that my pieces were finally ready a week later. I have gone to pick up 3 times during what are supposed to be regular business hours. The first time the store was closed for a 2 day stretch due to some odd notice. My most recent attempted visit today, the store had closed an entire hour early. I tripled checked google maps before heading out today to ensure they were open and to my surprise they were not. If they had been honest about the time frame and complete lack of convenience for a normal business pickup schedule & $70 later we simply would not have painted here.
