No, I don't drive a Ferrari.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but thought that it was important in this case.  I took my new car here for its very first carwash. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. After spending almost $40 for a basic wash, including a tip, I was left with just an average cleaning and a nice scratch.  See the attached pictures.

I drove home directly from the carwash, under 3 miles up the road.  When I parked in my garage and walked around the back, I was shocked to see an approximately 4" scratch on the top of the trunk. My bad for not thoroughly inspecting the car before driving away.  I immediately called VR Brothers to speak with a manager and to figure out what to do.  About an hour later I got a call from the owner, Pedro. I explained the situation to him.  Pedro told me that it couldn't have happened at his wash. I went back to the carwash to show Pedro the damage and to review the video.  It was very clear from the video when entering the carwash that there was no scratch and he didn't dispute this fact.  Pedro also showed me the video of the car upon exiting the tunnel, but this one was not so clear.  The scratch wasn't apparent on that video, because of the angle of the camera and the reflection from the sun on that side of the carwash. It was impossible to see any real detail.  I can almost guarantee that Pedro will dispute this fact in his response. It was apparent throughout our conversation that he would never accept any responsibility.

It gets worse...  Pedro now went on to tell me that maybe a rock hit the car on the ride home.  That would be one magical rock.  He also did said that he understood my frustration, that he's a "car guy".  "We clean Ferraris" was another comment.  I'm not sure what he was trying to say, maybe that my car wasn't worth complaining about.  He has a detailing bay at the wash, but he didn't even offer to try to get the scratch out.  This was the most disappointing experience that I've had at a carwash.  I would not use this place again.  They don't stand by their work and will take no accountability for mistakes.  From now on it's New Canaan Hand Wash & Detail, where I should have gone in the first place.  For a couple bucks more you'll get a quality wash and...

My sister called me from the car wash saying her car came out with a flat tire and she needed me to bring my compressor. When i got there i saw the tire was on the rim. The cap was so tight on the valve I could not even get it off to attempt to fill the tire. Thats when I noticed the entire thing was torn. There was a crack in the rubber at the base of the valve. Accidents happen so we asked to speak to the manager. He kept telling us the entire time "this machinery is manufactured and it doesn’t make mistakes. we see 76000 cars a year." The car is brand new with 2000 miles on it. i asked him to see video footage which he said was ok. you can see there is nothing wrong with the car before it goes in, even though he tried to say it looked a little flat. it clearly was not. long story short while the manager who later told me he was the owner was kind throughout the process, i wouldn’t go there. he wasn’t willing to assist when it was clearly done there. while we changed the tire he was out there the entire time pulling the cars out of the car wash which makes me even more suspicious. Then we were told if we didn't move the car in 15 minutes the police were getting called.

UPDATE: since this incident, my friend was there and her car got hit inside the car wash. She said the owners covered the damage. Accidents happen. But again, this is another example that the machinery is...

First let me start off by saying the staff here was very nice, especially the guy who asked you what kind of wash she would like. Unfortunately, I opted for the diamond wash and I was severely disappointed. I came here because it was near my house and I really needed my windows cleaned. I went through the wash and then drove off a little and noticed my windows were still dirty. I returned to the car wash and pulled to the side so they could wash the windows again. The man was nice about it and acknowledged that they missed the inside of the back window . I drove off again and noticed they were still not right, so I told the guy at the front I wasn’t happy and he had me go through the whole wash again. Idk if it’s the cloths or their product but my windows and side mirrors are terrible. I should have never wasted $40 here. Next time, I’ll drive to 3D car wash on Magee avenue or Darien car clinic because those places are guaranteed to do a great job for the same...
