Horrible customer service. They have a big sign in front that says “ we have tulips”.

I called to ask if they had some In stock before driving over there, a nice lady answered and told me they had some in stock, and to come by.

I show up 10 mins later and they are out of tulips and didn’t have any that day, and are expecting a delivery tomorrow! Horrible customer service. I didn’t mind that they were out of tulips, but the lack of compassion for wasting a customers time makes me wanna never give them my business.

I literally buy flowers once a week for my wife too, and had planned to come there to buy some herb and outdoor stuff for my home. Will give a more respectable business my hard earned money.

Everything is overpriced, and it smells like mold in there and animals in there.

Also, don’t let the “farmers market” sign in the front fool you, they don’t have any sort of fruits or vegetables, all they have is overpriced honey. It’s a shame bc they could do so much more...

Springdale is so much more than an amazing florist (and they are the best for that) - they’re an incredible family run business that will make all your plant, holiday decor, and farmers market dreams come true. Every single person who works here is incredible kind and knowledgable. Their selection of house plants is wide and varied. Plus the most adorable pots and planters to go with them. I decorated the outside of my house to the nines for fall and Christmas so far all thanks to Springdale. And their little farmers market in the summer has some of the best produce I’ve ever eaten (seriously, the honey crisp apples are out of this world). Upon parking at this location, you’ll find a gorgeous vintage truck that was decorated for Christmas. We were even more surprised when walking in of all the gorgeous flowers and decor for the holidays. I would definitely recommend this shop for any of your flower needs. My mom and I were there to pick up flowers as my grandfathers had passed away. Debbie and Emily assisted us and were very down to earth and friendly, very patient and knowledgeable, and provided us with great options. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how the arrangements turned out. We also appreciated the quick turnaround.
