Very cute clothes and when I met the owner before she was nice. However this is my 2nd bad encounter with the lady with short black hair. I was with my daughter trying on clothes and she tells me it’s one to a room. Ok fine but then don’t proceed to be ok with the other mother daughter combo in the next fitting room. Breathing down to see what she can take. Listen if you are that concerned with shoplifters simply ask count how many items go in vs out. She also incorrectly rung up my daughter and rolled her eyes when she questioned her. My daughter was correct by the way. I really like this store and I have spent a good deal of money over the year but I seriously don’t think I can shop there with this lady working there. The clothes are beautiful and lovely, but I’m giving it a 3 because the lady with short black hair came up to me while I was IN THE DRESSING ROOM, (invasion of privacy) and told me that she had the room reserved for someone, that I should ask before I use them, and pretty much that I should just get out. And then continued to talk about me while I was in there to another customer. My grandma and I were really shocked how rude she was. She could have just waited while I was done changing. I even asked the owner, who was standing next to the dressing rooms, before going in if anyone was using it and she said no go ahead. So I would have loved to buy the dress, that was in the window a week prior, but the lady with short black hair embarrassed me so much over a dressing room, that was empty and open, I left...

The staff is nice which is unfortunate because the clothing is overpriced and is not durable. I purchased a dress for forty two dollars, and the strap ripped the second time I put it on! Of all things I expected to break, it was not the strap. Cute selection of clothes, but I should have just gone to the thrift store, I would have found something cheaper and more durable.
