I really enjoy when I can leave a good review. Unfortunately, this is not that kind of situation. Looking through the reviews, it seems as though the only honest ones are the one and two stars. I placed an online order for carry out for only some wonton soup. The soonest available time to pick up was 1130 and when my husband got there to pick it up, he was nine minutes early. when she “greeted” him, he let her know he was there for an online order and she became extremely rude to him lecturing him how his online order was for 1130 pick up time and just turned and walked away. He wasn’t in a hurry and was willing to wait as he knew pick up time was technically, 1130, but as it was only wonton soup, thought maybe it would be ready early, no big deal if it wasn’t. He said there was not a single soul in that building. After he shared his experience with me, I called to try to speak with whoever was in charge just to let them know our experience, especially as first time customers. As soon as I asked for a manager, the lady pretended to not know what I was saying and just kept asking over and over again if I was placing an order to go or pick up. When I asked her if She could understand what I was saying, she told me “yes I can understand you just fine and you can speak to me if you want to talk to somebody.“ when I realized she was refusing to let me talk to anybody else, I talked to her about the experience as a first time customer and how she didn’t need to be rude. She started yelling into the phone, lecturing me as well about the 1130 pick up time and I tried to explain to her He was OK with that and was just a little bit early and just letting her know why he was there. I really wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before trying this place. Not only is the customer service severely lacking, the soup had zero flavor, I’m mean none. The broth looks like it’s just water that is murky. The pork inside ever so slightly had a tiny taste of ginger and tasted sour. I will leave another review if I get sick from it because it is almost rancid tasting. I was really hoping that at least the food would make up for the horrible treatment. I left them a 15% tip on a to go order where they weren’t even servicing us and really wish I could get that money back. I really advise anybody looking into ordering or dining out here to really take the good reviews with a grain of salt. Save your money and go to the Dragon Palace as their service is always amazing and the food is delicious. The only reason why we didn’t go to them this time was because they were not open until 4:00....

Wow !! What a Genuinely Wonderful surprise of a place ! Excellent , I mean, "Excellent"Chinese food.! Owned & staffed by very pleasant understanding people! We took a blind chance ,1st timers & ordered on line. Arrived to pick up our order, only to find i didn't wait to confirm, it never went thru??? Now it's 20 mins till closing on a Friday nite? No problem at all here. After finding out about my downfall, Amy , took our " re -order" in person, (apologizing for my screw up)... No small order mind you. Dinner for4 to go??? In 15 mins , all was ready and made fresh to go ! All done with smiles and Thank yous !! I thought well, that went to perfect, so the food quality must be suspect /average at best ,right? On the contrary ! Not only was it still hot returning home 10mins away, but absolutely Delicious !! No corners cut here, no additives either. That meal delighted all 4....2 of them most difficult discerning Chinese food critics of all time .. my wife and sister! The rest is History! We are now very addicted loyal customers, telling everyone ! Excellent Chinese is available in...Stanwood!"?? Lol ! Yes , in Stanwood.!. @ " Phoenix Pavillion" Thank-you so much for being part of the community here. Keep up the excellent food and service. Regards,...

I have eaten at this restaurant twice once I brought home a family meal and another time I was meeting with a friend and they chose the restaurant. My carry out e was not great. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes I showed up twenty minutes later and had to wait 25 minutes more. I’m usually pretty understanding when I see that a restaurant is busy but the only people sitting down was a family with menus and they left before the waiter took their order. Once I received my food I took it home and it was edible but pretty dry and hard. Last week I went in with a friend and ordered lunch it took them 55 minutes to bring out our lunch we both ordered sweet and sour chicken something I would expect is a pretty basic order. This time the food was also dry and had tasted bad, I suspect they aren’t changing their frying oil often enough. To end on a positive note the waitress does always seem to be working as hard as possible she seems to be helping the cooks as well as service and was very friendly...

Well it was almost a 3 star... but then I had to wait at the counter for about 5 minutes to pay my bill... I should have known by the number of other customers in the place which was zero that I was not in for a great experience. The food is your typical Chinese/American cuisine with lunch specials including fried rice your choice of soup and an entree. The food was not terrible but it was nothing special either. And at $9 a copy it's simply too much for what you get . Also I'm a huge fan of hot and sour soup and this was some of the worst I've ever had, bland and boring. I would say go somewhere else (like the really good Thai restaurant across the street that was closed for renovations) but it looks like most people are already doing that.

We’ve been coming here for quite some time, and it’s truly a gem in our community. Whether we’re dining in or picking up takeout, the food is always flavorful, beautifully prepared, and made with such care. The owners are kind, genuine, and it’s clear this family-run restaurant puts their heart into everything they do. Hands down the best Chinese food in town.
