If I could give zero stats I would. I had my ring sized down, when I got back home with it I noticed you could see the line where they put it back together, not even three weeks after I had the ring from being sized it broke right where the visible line was. I took my ring back the day after it broke and asked what they could do about it and they wanted me to pay even more money for them to fix it when I didn't even have it a month before it broke. I purchased a pair of Kendra Scott earrings less than a year ago from William’s. I’ve worn the earrings 4-5 times. This last weekend - one earring completely dismounted from the earring. I went in this morning to see if the earring could be repaired. I was told “no.” No offer to exchange or even discount another similar pair. Last month I had to return a $300 gold chain that literally came apart. For the chain, they did “repair” with the disclaimer that if it happened again they would have to do additional work - of course with cost. I love supporting local business BUT only with quality.
