About two years ago my wife and I bought our first bedroom set with a mattress for our new home. The sales guy was telling us wonderful things about this $699 (off brand) queen mattress. What sold us was the way he described the warranty "if it sinks even a quarter of an inch you get a new mattress." Needless to say, two years later my wife and I are hurting from a lumpy mattress. When we called Farmers a guy came out to inspect it and said the mattress has to be sinking down more than 3 inches. He measured and it was about 2 inches and my wife and I are normal size people wife 5' 10" 130 lbs and me 6' 2" 210 lbs. So we are stuck with a lumpy POS mattress.

My advise to all is spend a little extra on a name brand mattress with a 25 year warranty. My friend purchased a Tempur-Pedic and one day he decided that he didn't like the way it felt no questions asked they replaced the mattress.

But with Farmers the sales guys just want a sell and will tell you...

Everyone inside of the furniture store is very friendly the guy who helped us was very friendly as well they had a medium small selection with decent prices they were a week late on shipping or delivery due to lack of workers even though on our original date to be delivered they called and asked if they could deliver it early then called us about 45 minutes later stating that they couldn’t deliver it at all that is really my only critique is if you’re having it delivered expect delayed delivery as we got our choice 2.5 weeks...

I want to say thank you to your floor staff. They were wonderful, warm, and very knowledgeable. I must admit, the quality of customer service I recieved, was above and beyond!! Our sales person, forgive me, I'm terrible with names, but she is a young woman with two young little ones, is a rising star, and a asset to your company!!

I'm sorry I forget names, but faces I never forget!!

Thank you all again!!
