We're so happy we found them. They're very responsive and attentive, and Pumba loves it there. Great, clean atmosphere, and the web cam access is a positive plus we didn't have with our other doggy day care.

UPDATE! because our first day evaluation was high in communication, and all was SUPPOSED to be perfect, we decided to board him for our wedding that was in Costa Rica.

WELL, we were in for a surprise! 1st - he slept on the floor all night (was watching since 2am)- I emailed them about putting his bed on the floor for him due to him not having a raised bed at home (that issue was fixed), so most likely, he wasn't well rested for daycare in the AM... we landed in Costa Rica, and because I knew he didn't get good rest, I wanted to see how he was interacting... to my surprise, he was leashed up, and the girl was hitting him while dogs were surrounding him, and he was reacting to their hyper energy and being leashed.. this led to Pumba being pinned down to the floor from her... enraged I called (also helpless as I'm in Costa rica for my wedding) to see how he was doing, and their response was they have a trainer working with him... I don't know how qualified this person is, but her putting her hands on my dog and pinning him down while surrounded by dogs and reacting to their energy + her aggression is unnecessary! He is VERY food motivated, and let's not forget he didn't get good sleep, which they knew about from my email. When my wife called to speak with the regional manager, there were NO notes ! Mind you, he was in daycare the whole week before, and not once was it brought to our attention that he was "acting out." All hail and praise over how cute and sweet he is.

After that incident, it looked as if she put him in a secluded closed off closet area (I checked his kennel, and he wasn't there) for how long? Who knows because I lost service.

We had to go the enrichment route for the rest of the stay, which I can't even guarantee that happened because every time I checked, he was in his kennel. So I was charged more for something I didn't even know happened.

Be aware- their "professional dog trainer" hits and pins down dogs as a method of training. I've had my share of trainers for my previous bully breed. NONE used that method! She is only creating a frustrated scenario and bringing out the aggression in my puppy, who isn't even 1 yet.

UPDATE::sadly Amie the groomer is not here anymore but we found her a half a mile up the road at Max’s Pet Market & Salon!!!! Absolutely the best experience!!! Our dog is an extremely anxious dog. High strung and suffers from GI issues (if you know you know) when the least bit stressed. We had a groomer who got the job done for a few years but recently retired. We were lost trying to find a new groomer. Well yesterday we found her!!!! Not only was his cut the best cut hes ever had our dog left happy. He came out tail wagging with no signs of stress. The evening after his groom, that typically would included a bottle of cleaning supplies and a depressed dog, was just a Monday with a happy puppy acting like nothing stressful ever effects him!!! Hands down best experience ever. Customers for as long as they will have us!!! UPDATE!!! When we called to rebook we were crushed to find out the best groomer we had ever used was gone… however we were ecstatic when we found her just a half a mile up the road at Max’s Pet Market and Salon!!! Its a brand new beautiful place with grooming, daycare, & a wonderful store front full of food, treats and more. Best part is our anxious pup gets go back to Amie the absolute best groomer we have ever encountered!!! So happy we found...

I recently switch my daycare and boarding needs to Bay Paws. I'm so happy I did. The facility is very clean and their attention to my furbaby TedE has been absolutely the best. They are so transparent and I love that they have web cameras on the suites so I can check in on him whenever I want. Most resorts have cameras in the play areas but not in all the private suites. This is so nice to have. They provide more potty breaks a day then other facilities. I love I can bring his favorite blanket and stuff dog. Other facilities would not let me. Only rubber toys. Of course you can add daycare/all day play if you choose as well. I'm a pup mom that asks 100 questions and they answered everyone, and never got annoyed with me. The staff are great.
