We have been there twice now and both times we went at 9am. The doors were locked and just inside the doors, a woman was typing on a laptop, ignoring us knocking. We pre-ordered the doughnuts both times and both times we had to knock on the door for 20 min before someone would open it. The woman ignored the knocking and the people at one of the other shops in the collective had to tell her to open the door. If you advertise yourself as open at 9, its probably a good idea to unlock the doors for you customers. Im probably going to make the drive to hole in one over this instead of...
