Absolutely top notch experiences last week with Thirsty Buffalo Brew Factory and Havana Dreamers’ menu offerings and event services! The metal and concrete industrial vibe combined with wooden features and white walls makes the factory aesthetic a cool but also inviting place to spend some time with friends for wing night or with family and friends eating, drinking, and celebrating for a special event! Mike, Erin, Rudy, and Arlisa welcomed me and my ideas with open arms for two events in their dock room, which comfortably holds 30-40 people. They were easy to communicate with, stayed true to their word, and made sure that our hearts and bellies were satisfied! Check out the details below or just go to check out their space! Note that both businesses have 2 locations- this one is on Success Dr off of SR 54 in Trinity/Odessa- it’s at the front of and industrial park which makes it very chill but also pretty unique! My only regret- in all the hustle and bustle- I didn’t get enough photos of the beautiful people, the space, or the amazing food at either event! (Always designate a photographer when you are in charge of events 😉)
First, they were ready for 25 teachers of every age to enjoy some beverages and wings on Wednesday wing night for our DKG end-of-year gathering and meeting. Our bartender, Dani, who is also a teacher, was as perfect as possible with service and smiles! The wings made my Buffalo Girl heart proud! Now, if you’ve ever celebrated with a group of teachers, you know it can get pretty loud with laughter and crazy stories- the dock room as a perfect place for us because it offered some privacy while still being in the mix of the bar!
Next, we had my daughter’s graduation celebration in the dock room and it was a blast! Rudy and Arlisa, with Havana Dreamers, provide the menu regularly at the Factory but they also cater events- every tray was amazing- from the perfect ranch on the veggie tray to the Cubans that you HAVE to try (we had a brunch Cuban, the Tampa Cuban, and the well-loved Godfather!), pastry perfection, pretzel bits and beer cheese, and biscuits and perfect gravy! Our friends and family got to visit, celebrate, play all the games they have to offer to any customer, and enjoy the best food and drinks around! The Rambler is the best amber around and the Get Ya Day Started was great for a brunch-time celebration! It was a high school graduation, with kids, so they also had a ton of sodas and teas- from Jaritos and birch beer bottles to large cans of Coca Cola products. We also had a coffee station provided with the food- perfect Cuban coffee! Our bartenders were part of the party, too, because they were so personable and attentive- thanks to Chris who delivered picture-perfect hospitality from the moment we walked until we left with smiles, and to Shayna for her support and humor!
Long story that could be longer: Check out this spot- they have fun planned most days of the month (that you can see on the website). They have great listing of beers on tap (big fan of the Rambler). The food is a Cuban and Buffalo- staples mix- poutine, wings, and Nickel City Cubans in addition to a mix of bar offerings and Cuban deliciousness! You can even check out how the Brew Factory works- open air brewing in the back of the house! Hope to...

Super clean and family friendly with all kinds of fun games. They also post a monthly calendar with all kinds of events. Read moreI have been to Thirsty Buffalo many times, both this location and their original location further down SR 54, and I am never disappointed! The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their beers, and the food is amazing as well.
As a member of the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group, I have also had the pleasure of attending multiple events here and I can say that the staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming. Love how there is a place where we can enjoy good brews and food while also supporting a great...
