De Coffee Bloom — Restaurant in Starkey Ranch

This was my first time visiting Zaradis Flowers & De Bloom Coffee because I saw it trending on Instagram and my Matcha prayers have been answered! I drive all the way to Wesley Chapel to get my favorite Matcha but now since I’m in Trinity, I will definitely be stopping by very often!! From the moment you walk in, I love the aesthetics of the blooming fresh flowers, the aroma of coffee beans in the air, this cozy & sophisticated setting makes you feel like your home away from home, the ladies were so lovely and welcoming and a special thank you to Silvee, she made an amazing lavender vanilla iced Matcha and I loved her recommendation, it was so delicious from the ceremonial grade Matcha powder to the equal parts of lavender and sweet vanilla, she even asked me the level of intensity, if I wanted it light, medium or super sweet and it was absolutely perfect!! 10 out of 10 😍 I’m excited to come back and try some of the decadent sweet treats, the tiramisu looked delicious and she requested that I tried the vanilla iced latte for my coffee drink! I recently visited de coffee bloom, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best coffee spots I’ve been to! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with cozy seating and stylish decor that creates the perfect environment for relaxing or working.

The coffee was exceptional—clearly made with high-quality beans and prepared with care. I tried their "signature latte", and it was perfectly balanced, rich, and flavorful. The pastries were also fresh and delicious, complementing the coffee perfectly.

What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, from recommending drinks to customizing orders.

When you first walk in De Coffee Bloom you're welcomed by the scent of fresh flowers that are decorated all through out the store. This is the first time I've been to a coffee/florist shop combination, and i can say that it was a pleasant and exceptional experience to say the least! The quality of their coffee and espresso is unmatched, they have a great selection of flavors as well as many delicious french desserts! I got a lavender pistachio iced latte and the Opera dessert, and i couldn't be happier withe the taste and quality of both.
