Edit : After writing my review and reaching out to the owner, I was sent a refund but the customer service experience enough for me to still never return. Burgers were great and service has always been good with the employees but whoever I spoke to below should not be on their business page.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism I experienced through Jimmy Renners Instagram business chat. I received the wrong order during a recent pickup and after reaching out multiple times by phone and email with no response I contacted them on Instagram. The responses I got were rude and dismissive.

Even after I clearly explained that I was given the wrong order and sent a screenshot of my receipt the person running the account kept repeating the same question asking what was wrong with the order. It was frustrating and felt like they were more interested in arguing than fixing the issue. There was no apology no offer to correct the mistake and no accountability. The conversation ended with them telling me to have a great night and "lol" after I expressed my frustration.

These burgers are juicy, flavorful and delicious! They also give a hefty helping of fries so prepare to be stuffed. I also love the milkshakes and the chicken sandwich if you aren't in the mood for a burger. The staff is also friendly and helpful, day and night. I would say you get your monies worth at this place for sure. I highly reccomend this concept with nice cold...
