The Blue Room — Local services in Statesboro

I recently attended your venue and had a very disappointing experience. I paid $50 for my ticket and over $50 on drinks. When I went inside to pick up food I had already ordered, security forced me back outside. Once outside, I was told I would need to wait in a 20–30 minute line just to get back in.

I explained to multiple security guards that I had proof of my food order, but they insisted I would need to go inside to get another wristband—which made no sense since I had already purchased food. As a result, I lost more than $25 on food I was never able to pick up.

Given this experience and the money lost, I will not be returning. I am requesting a refund for both the ticket and the food. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank.

Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange the refund.

I never post reviews but my friends and I visited the Blue Room in Statesboro on October 28 for Halloween weekend. I was that nights designated driver, so I was not drinking, but was buying my friends, a round of drinks. I paid for the drinks on my card and was given my card back and when I asked to close the check, I was never given my receipt. Looking at my bank statements from that night Blue Room charged me $53. The drinks only cost $30 in total. Meaning $23 is unaccounted for. I was completely sober that night so I know I did not spend an additional $23 at blue room on my card. I’ve tried to get in contact with someone but the phone number that they have listed does not work and there is no one there during the day. I would like to know why $23 was taken out of my account without any other purchases. I would love if management from Blue Room...

GSU Parents weekend Oct 14-16, 2022. My husband and I were practically forced to attend this place by our dear daughter, but it was not my favorite place. Perhaps the owners could honor parents weekend? 🤔 I know this is a business and y'all trying to make money, but truth be told, you could spare a few bucks on occasion when we "old folks" show up trying to please our children.😆 In all my life I've never had to pay an additional $20 to enter a place where my group was 110th in line. 👎 On a positive note, the band was great!!
