Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Statesboro

The 3 girls taking orders and prepping the pizzas are examples the of reason southern workers get a bad rep. Clearly lazy and incompetent. All 3 of them tried to discourage us from ordering in the first place. Once we did they put the topping on extremely slow and prevented the rest of the workers from doing their jobs.

The employees working the register forgot to ask us to pay entirely. They gave us our pizza and after waiting another 25 minutes for our bread sticks we also told them we hadn't paid yet. We could have easily left without paying and the workers wouldn't have even noticed.

There has got to be someone managing this crew. Twice as many people working doing half as much work as any other restaurant.

Staff need a lot of work and guidance but the food was good once we finally got it. Would be willing to order food for pickup but dining in was more frustrating...

Really had a great experience tonight with blaze pizza , We originally DoorDash our food And our DoorDash forgot some of the food at the restaurant. I contacted DoorDash at first, and they were not helpful at all and our DoorDash person refused to go back to get our food , me being my pregnant self wanted my food … So I called the restaurant And let them know what happened And Apologized several times that the DoorDash person did not pick everything up. When I Got to the restaurant to pick up the rest of my food I also had an extra salad that was made for me and a coupon for our next pizza. They were extremely busy, but they still made time to make sure the customer was happy I cannot wait to come back and done in or take out myself next time...

Hot pepperoni pizza was good. The crust had good flavor. The pizza was pretty greasy but lots of folks prefer it that way. I asked for extra crispy and it was just cooked done. There is an industrial/contemporary feel inside. There are steel bars separating the areas inside which is like walking through a maze. Two entrances inside make it difficult to navigate where to order. There are no visible Order Here signs. After following one set of metal bars, I made it to the place I am supposed to order. I was spoken to but it is difficult to hear inside because the acoustics are bad and the music is pretty loud. Cost and taste are pretty equivalent to Your Pie. If I had a choice to pick this place or another restaurant next door, I would probably...
