First, I would like to say how utterly excited I was when I found out that a new ramen place was opening in Statesboro. When the nearest decent ramen spot was almost an hour away, I was ecstatic to see the sign put up in the plaza. And I wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very tidy and honestly well decorated. The service was awesome too, they were quick with both my appetizer and my meal. I got the Mega Ramen Combo with the Thai Tea and an order of the Takoyaki (which is something I could only get in Savannah for the longest time). All of it was amazing, the pork was nice and flavorful, the soup was rich, and the gyoza that come with the combo were to die for! Needless to say they’re going to be a common eat for me. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu.

Finally! A place that offers authentic style Ramen in the boro! Me and the Wife both had the Tonkotsu shio and we both enjoyed it! The combo was a bit expensive but it comes with fried Gyoza and a premium drink. I’ve tried ramen at every major city i go to, from Washington DC, to Savannah so I have a wide point of reference here. The Ramen was not the best I’ve ever had, but the broth was tasty, it had a generous portion of Pork included, the noodles were also springy and good (not instant packaged stuff) toppings were also authentic. The Ramen here is worth a try, it is a chain so temper your expectations, however I will be back to try all then flavors!

WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Everyone was completely unimpressed by their plates. 2 lunch specials which came with a drink and 2 orders drinks sold separately and 1 order of fried sushi. Over fried sushi! Basic rice barely fried no seasoning but with a sprinkle of eggs and onions. vegetables sold separately haha no seriously tho. They charge extra for any sauce past 2 extra. The staff wasn’t very inviting nor did they make any suggestions or clarify the menu options. Not saying the staff is bad at all just that service on a greeting level could be better. Definitely expensive for the college students in my opinion. Iv had better mall food.

went for the ramen and you knew it was going to be legit when the poster at the door spells it "RAMEM" - legit asian place, cause bad engrish? so i'm glad there were several different options and i'll probably be back to try most of the options eventually. however, my initial impression was subtle shrinkflation across the board. the 4x dumplings were hilariously small. i got seriously only got one half of an egg in my ramen, the pork looked sad, even the broth didn't look fully filled and the thai tea didn't have that much actual fluid and tasted mediocre at best. the tonkotsu ramen was OK , sort of like Soyumi's on a bad day. When Soyumi is "on" , their ramen is as good as anywhere out there in any city. However, they have serious fluctuations in quality day to day depending on who is making it and unfortunately they're going to be gone soon, so it won't matter. The style, top 40s music and decor is modern and interesting and unexpected. It'll be a hit with the students on a superficial level. But, the food this go around was meh and the pricing was $22+tip for leaving still a little hungry. Oh, and who serves someone the ramen with a spoon but no chopsticks or napkins. I had to walk around looking for help before finding it up front at the counter. Like I'm supposed to know how to get it myself. The nicest thing I can say about this place is it's "not...

Today I went in to get a drink one of the teas to be exact but to replace the tea with lemonade, nothing hard nothing I have not done before here. Well before I am able to order the an Asian lady was at the counter and was talking and basically walking back and forth down the pick up order just picking up receipt papers that was already down . Anyways she kept over looking my eye gaze so I could order which was already a red flag but okay. So finally she walks over and just says for her or to go. Not a hey or a welcome in . Just that. So then a Young black girl comes and starts my order, I then proceed to ask for the last tea and to mix it with lemonade please. She goes and ask the Asian lady could she do that, do you know that woman made a face and started mocking what I asked. Listen one thang I do not have to do is support and buy from a place that who really don't want me there cause of my skin color. Because the lady had no other reason for to be rude. Because I spoke to her when I walked up to the counter.

Horrible...

I went in second day of opening with a friend and enjoyed it! I got the steak hibachi and shared an order of gyoza. My friend got the chicken ramen combo. Food was quickly delivered to our table which was clean. They did forget the sauce on the side but it's day two like be realistic. Plenty of seating in the dining area, overall bright and modern feel. The silverware is at the front counter which I didn't see until I already sat. Not a big deal but direction to the silverware is helpful when it does get busy. The steak was cut in big chunks so it didn't get overcooked and was nicely glazed. Veggies were cooked nicely and not mush. Gyoza was crispy and the sauces over it were a nice touch. If I'm being picky I would say the rice was probably fresh instead of day old so it didn't fry exactly. The yum yum sauce was also good and not watered down like the other local spots. The front girls were very kind and welcoming even as they were getting through the opening jitters of learning the system. Overall, I like it! Will be...
