They gave my son the wrong prescription of vitamin D. When I told them the mistake they told me I should have made sure to told them the right one. I didn't even know he had another prescription for the lower mg still on file. I explained I was just trying to let them know so they can fix the problem so it wouldn't happen again bc I didn't realize it was the wrong mg until he had been complaining of pain and could barely keep his eyes open most of the week and got in trouble for falling asleep in school. He is only supposed to take one 50000mg a week and they gave him 2000mg. The first time I handed him prescription in the bag and told him to take it, the second time when I grabbed the bottle to give it to him I realized there was to much in it. In explaining that my only response I got is that I always had a problem with them and I need to find a new pharmacy. They were very rude about everything. I have had a couple of other problems with the past but I only brought it up one time after several mistakes and spoke to them about it in a respectful manner. I have never caught an attitude with them until this time. I was flabbergasted by there response and there accusations towards me. Some people don't even know the names of there prescriptions due to there unpronounable names or them being new. I agree I should have checked behind them and held myself accountable for that but, they did not one time apologize for there mistake or take accountability for thier mistake. This could be life or death mistake in some cases so I felt it was my responsibility to share my experience for others. I would not recommend them at all. Thier reaction to this situation shows they do not care about the wellbeing of thier customers. If for some reason you don't believe this, look at how the district owner responded to other bad reviews. That speaks for itself.
THEN THIS RESPONSE! I WAS NEVER VERBALLY ABUSIVE. I WAS STERN BUT DIDNT SAY ANYTHING DISRESPECTFUL TO ANYONE. AND I WAS ONLY LIKE THAT ONE TIME. THE DAY THEY ASKED ME TO CHANGE PHARMACIES FOR BEING STERN ABOUT THIER REPEATED MISTAKES. I DID NOT CURSE OR BELITTLE ANYONE. I WAS JUST MAKING SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD THE SEVERITY OF THIER MISTAKE. IF ANYONE WAS RUDE IT WAS THE OWNER. EVEN THE STAFF WASN'T RUDE. THEY JUST TOLD ME TO FIND A NEW PHARMACY WHEN I TOLD THEM OF THIER MISTAKES. THEY ALSO SAID I HAD BEEN RUDE TO THEM BEFORE BUT THEY CLEARLY HAD ME MISTAKEN FOR SOMEONE ELSE. This was not written out of retaliation either. I am a very busy person and a Christian. Because we had to order them online and have someone else in the area pick them up by the time we got the skirts the 14 day return window had passed. I've also watched Caitlyn and Jordan grow up to become fantastic pharmacists. Every single one of the staff are always so friendly and eager to help. They are also quick and their customer service is always 110%. Not to mention they answer the phone with a live person unlike the national pharmacies!
