ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SPOT! 🙌🏼 If you're thinking this is another Barberitos or Moes... you'd be confused. 🤭Frankly, neither of those places... and dare I say it, Chipotle hold a candle to the quality and flavor explosion you can expect from Surcheros.

I moved here from ATL about a year ago and was a huge Chipotle lover. So when I realized there wasn't one in town, I was pretty bummed - UNTIL... until friend of mine told me about Surcheros and well, lets just say my mourning for a lack of Chipotle ended that day. 😏

The ingredients and quality here are second to none in comparison to other restaurants in the same lane.. and I say "lane" lightly because Surcheros really does separate themselves from the competition through freshness, quality and flavor.

I've had pretty much everything on the menu and can tell you that you can't go wrong with whatever you choose to order. I will say the nachos are my favorite, but their bowls are mouthwatering too. Their rice is.... 🤤. I mean, it's really the only way i can explain it. When ordering for pick up one day, I was torn between nachos or a bowl and accidentally ordered my nachos with the rice, and well, I really wasnt mad about it. All of the meat options are great, but the steak is so juicy and tender and has become a favorite for me.

Whatever you get, you'll likely find yourself eating past the point being full because its just that good. The food coma and tighter fit of your pants is 100% worth it ... and later hunger will return and you will want to go back for more for your next meal. 😋 😋 😋

Lastly, and most importantly, I can't finish my review without saying, the management and ownership is outstanding. Doug truly cares about his customers and their experiences. He goes above and beyond to connect and communicate with his guests, ensuring they feel heard and that they return often. This is something lost on many establishments in various industries today, but not here. 🖤

If you've made it this far, and you're still debating on whether or not to go here or somewhere else for your next meal, well, you'd be silly to go anywhere else after reading...

Its been 1 yrs since my last bad experience here and my wife wanted to order from here for our 28th wedding anniversary 3/18 because my daughter also wanted it. Luke needs to visit this store on a Saturday night. Absolutely horrible management!! nobody in line and yet took almost 25 min to order 2 burritos and a taco salad. The staff was completely LOST and dazed (I would recommend random drug testing)! No rice, steak, lettuce, sour cream was ready and nobody had a clue what they were doing. Johnathan barley put any toppings while garnishing (4 strands of lettuce, 4-5 small chopped onions, 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream...I had to keep telling him to please make it correct, and he looked like he was lost on another planet? I also I had to tell him 3x to please roll up my food so I could check out while I stood at the register forever waiting.. he left my food and started other new orders. Left one burrito burning on the grill the whole time (BURNT) while the other just sat on the counter uncooked and ignored. I said just give it all to me so I could please leave...had my kid in the car waiting on me. Too much confusion tasking instead of stationary job tasks. The register counter was absolutely FILTYHY with hours of smeared dried food stains while the girl just stood there the whole time..she could have been cleaning her station. They forgot to give me my taco salad when checking out. They were all completely zoned out? I will eat elsewhere and return again in another year to see if this place improves or not? Very disappointing, because I truly know the food here is very good when the right staff is working their stations correctly. Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered two burrito bowls on doordash. For one they forgot my chips to BOTH bowls. #2. I didn’t notice how BOTH bowls were filled VERY VERY VERY pitifully until after I already went up there for chips and came back home to finally eat. I’ve never received such a skimp amount of food, it probably wouldn’t even make a kid full. I did not pay over $30 for 2 bowls to not even be full off of it. I seriously barely had anything in my bowl, barely any lettuce, chicken, or beans. Y’all charge way too much to be giving out such a skimp amount of food. I really wanted a refund cause it’s really a shame. I shouldn’t have to go up to the restaurant because they forgot something, that’s the whole point I doordash. Another man that was there said they forgot his drinks as well so I know it’s just not just me. Also, while I was there trying to get my chips that they forgot, it was only one girl working up front for the longest and then all of sudden 3-4 people come from the back and start helping all of a sudden. Like why was there only one girl taking everybody’s orders up there anyway and why was there so many people in the back. If they were really working in the back then 3-4 people wouldn’t just be able to stop what they’re doing to come up front out of nowhere if they were genuinely doing something.
