I have taken my 95 yr old mother in law shopping twice in the last month to the Belk store in Staunton. Our first visit was pleasant and your saleswoman was very helpful and polite. I can not say the same for Emily today. Upon arriving I asked where we could find sweaters and I was told you did not have that apparel out yet. We found some sweaters on our own, and when I checked out with Emily I politely said we found sweaters. She rudely said 'so you did'.. She is definitely not the calibre of an employee I expect to find at Belk, lacking in good customer service skills. I needed to ask an associate a question, and I said excuse me, excuse me, excuse me before I could get them to answer me. Even Walmart gets you better service than that. Even when she started ringing me up an associate started asking what hours you working, when's your break etc., and she just stopped cashing me out and talked to her. I know that this is the only store we have left now in Stanton shop at, but forget it....
