THE WORST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD! Went 10:30 am Sunday morning! My man & I went for an hour long couple's session. $73 for each of us. I felt very rushed as soon as we walked in there. She barely gave me enough time to get undressed before coming back in the room. The massage was very rough, i kept having to ask her to lighten up because it was painful. She would, but at the same time she is non stop talking to the other masseuse in another language and as she is talking she would get more and more rough and I would have to interrupt their talking to ask her to lighten up. Over & over again. It was quite unrelaxing, the opposite for sure. She did not seem to listen. She had terrible breath. Which wouldn't have mattered if she hadn't been having an endless conversation with other lady. By the end I was ready for her to stop hurting me. She seemed to work around my back but not really address the muscles that needed done. I tried to tell her but she would interrupt & say ok, but not really hear me & continue blabbering to other lady incessantly. It was rude. When we got done I go up to sign my credit slip & she starts talking about a tip. She tells me she usually gets 20% tip. She points at the credit slip and tells me to put $30 tip on there. I said no & I began to write in a $7 tip, as the bill was for 2 people, it was $143, so I rounded up to $150. She actually got angry at me saying it wasn't enough. By this time I was getting upset at her rudeness and refused to pay a dime more. She took the credit receipt after I signed it and actually told us to leave because I wasn't tipping more. Rushed us out. All in all, the worst experience I've ever had, from start to finish. Oh and by the way, I got 2 hot stones for maybe 30 seconds. That was the only good point and even...

Just had a massage here and hurting more than when I walked in. Stones felt nice but didn't last long and only upper back. Felt tendons and parts of me rolling around and moving during parts of the massage. Was more of a walk in place than a schedule your appointment type. There was no one there and no other staff. She left the room multiple times and played not very relaxing music. Didn't focus on problem areas. Not coming back... also didn't...

This evening was my second time to go to Hot Stones Spa this month. YoYo was my massage therapist both times, lucky me. She is awesome, among the best !!! The spa is beautiful & has great energy, beautiful, clean, well run Be good to yourself Relax with Hot Stones It was fantastic...
