My youngest goes to karate classes there. Wonderful class, love the teacher and his wife. I've yet to sign up for the gym part, but I know one of the staff and he's pretty awesome too. Overall the place seems friendly and ready to help...

I've had a membership at Vault Fitness since before the new owners took over. They have only improved the place. They cater to real weightlifters, and have plenty of free weights. The price is fantastic and they have a nice and friendly...
