Vape Lordz & Tobacco — Local services in Steger

We have been going to this shop for several months, each time spending $60 to $70. The batteries on the vape pens we purchased would quit after a month or so. We kept going back because of the customer service. The gentleman would say he would take good care of us because we were good customers. 5 days ago we spent $82 on a new style of vape with replaceable batteries to avoid the problem of the internal batteries stopping charging. We placed the tank on the unit and 5 days later the bolt that holds the tank is coming loose. We took it to the store with a receipt. We were told "we must have screwed it on wrong" although we hadn't. The threads seemed to be bad and the tank would just spin and not tighten all the way. The employee messed with it a little bit admitting the unit was messed up and was a manufacturing issue. He basically handed it back to us and shrugged his shoulders and told us since it worked "sometimes" they wouldn't do anything about it. We will be spending our money elsewhere from now on. I will go somewhere else and buy a unit that works. It is ridiculous that they wouldn't stand behind a sale that was less than a week old. What they will lose in sales to us and anyone we know will far out weigh what it would have cost them to...

I’ve visited 3x and have been received PHENOMENAL service each time. I’m a 40 yr Old woman who is breast feeding but also have a recommendation from my Doc to start w CBD for my severe postpartum depression and anxiety. Being a woman who hasn’t ever smoked pot, nicotine, and hasn’t ever picked up a fondness for alcohol, I was very skeptical about using any “mood enhancer”. I went into this store with about one hour of questions. Each was answered with patience from very well informed associates. Mr “Magic Man” was exceptionally kind, had a great sense of humor, and was very sensitive to my needs of “pure, THC-free, nicotine free CBD product”.

On my way out he even educated me about a product for my husband who is new to hookah.. but was concerned about the nicotine that tobacco contains. I purchased my CBD product as well as a nicotine free hookah product to surprise my husband. This is TOTALLY my go-to vape shop...

I do not recommend this shop, it is very clean and very organized, but they are extremely overpriced, the product is always get at every other shop in the area and basically everywhere i go is only $100, at every other vape store, this place tried to charge me 200, so double the price and when I kindly declined and also let him know that everywhere only charges 100, idk most shops tell me if somewhere has it cheaper they'd like to know so they can look into it and change things so people will spend money at their shop. But nope as I was walking out the door he very aggressively told me " these are the real ones, all the other shops are selling bad stuff" but I will leave it at that and not type out what else he ignorantly said to me because I refused to pay it and buy from him.
