The Brown Onion — Restaurant in Bloom Township

I was hopefully to have a different option for a great place to sit and have lunch, but I was wrong I never got a chance to receive my food so I can not review the food but the service on the other hand was disappointing They were not super busy when I sat down only 2 tables that were done eating I placed my drink and food order, After I ordered 3 other tables filled up ok no problem she will get my water in a minute well still no water and 2 of the tables had there drink order so I said excuse me can I please get my drink she states with what I felt like was attitude,you wanted water (ok I understand you got busy) You took the table next to me drink order and they ordered water so you bring out a tray with drinks and drop off a coke refill and dropped water off to the table next me and proceeded to take the 3rd water to the table that was done eating...so 25 minutes waiting for water and wasted my lunch break.I am not one to do reviews I am beyond pissed I will not recommend anyone to this place and I threw away the menus I printed out for my team to try...

Pulling up I thought to myself this isn't going to be good. The place is not fancy by no means. It's very small and only had one bartender/ waitress. She was super nice and did her best keeping up with the bar and tables. This place is know for a steak a reno sandwich, which most of our party ordered. I took a suggestion from a friend and ordered the 1/2 slab of ribs. Thankfully I listened, because they were the best ribs. I absolutely loved the BBQ sauce. Don't let the looks of this place fool you. The food is dynamite. Not one person complained. This was my first time ever being there and I would go back for those ribs. Bartender/ seems as if only server was not friendly soon as we entered. Told us sit wherever, but the only 2 tables left were dirty. So we chose the bar, seemed as if we were interrupting her conversation. Ordered a beer so I didn't bother her, she slams the beer down we observe the menu ...hoping for some French onion soup, I asked a question pertaining the soup.. She snapped back..we don't have that...even though it's on the menu for an appetizer .. Paid my beer tab and we Left! She is definitely Not Customer friendly.. She offered nothing, no specials..skills... Not...
