Generally good service, fast, fair prices. A few things I recommend you keep in mind. Make sure they read back you your order and the final total before you pay, and check your order before you leave. There is a bit of a language barrier that can sometimes cause some confusion, i.e.- ordering Chicken Satay and receiving Chicken Phad Thai. Also, their california rolls are served hot, as if they were steamed. It's supposed to be served at the same temperature as sushi. I've asked twice for them to make sure they're not served warm, but they do it anyways. It makes me feel like they're worried about the california rolls possibly getting someone sick. But I've never gotten ill from the many times I've eaten here. Overall, the quality of food for what you're paying is pretty much on point. The staff isn't friendly, have no clue what's going on and get angry if you question anything. I understand inflation, but the past few times we've gone, it's been a $60+ bill for 2 people ordering minimal food. Last chance was this week, as I was sick and wanted soup and noodles plus one large entree for my husband (somehow totalling $55). Get there 6 minutes after placing order, told no cards - use atm. Nope - using a credit card, can't pull cash. We left after waiting awhile in case their machines started working again (we dont use cash often, wont pay atm fees and our bank isnt in the area). Read moreI called at exactly 4:21pm to place an order Sunday 4/27. The gentleman on the phone sounded extremely sick and was coughing profusely while taking my order. Against my better judgment i went ahead and purchased the food and am now sick with influenza 1 and covid. I find it extremely rude, disturbing and just down right disgusting that this has occurred. It’s very irresponsible and unacceptable to serve food to the community for purchase knowing that you are sick.
