I had been without heat for over a week and the temperature in my house felt like it was 10 degrees. After several unsuccessful attempts with Nicor Solution to get service, I was finally able to get a service request in from one of their own technicians but he ended up not being able to keep my much needed appointment and sent my request to Quality Service Inc Heating, Air & Appliance Repair for next day service. I contacted them and spoke to the most courteous representative named Selena. Even though my repair request was sent with incorrect information and not as an emergency due to not having heat, she went the extra mile to get one of their technicians to come and service my unit so I could have heat. The technician came out in spite of all other repairs he had scheduled. He was polite and professional. He was informative and went straight to the source of the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I was so appreciative of the quality, professional, and quick service provided. Read moreThis company is an absolute nightmare. The unprofessionalism is mind boggling, it's hard to believe they deal with "customer service"!!!! They were dispatched to us via our extended warranty and after 4 weeks our appliance has yet to be fixed. After the original inspection we were told 2 parts needed to be replaced and after waiting 2 weeks the technician installed ONLY ONE PART which didn't work! When we called back the next day to report the issue AGAIN they told us we need to wait for a THIRD part. Not sure how ordering a third part before installing the second which was supposed to be installed in the first place makes sense. It now has been over 4 weeks and we were told by Asurion (our extended warranty) that the third part was already delivered to Quality Service yet we have not heard from them to schedule the repair. The management from Asurion has been calling them and no one picks up the phone. This company is a complete joke and you should avoid it...

The last time they told me they have to order a part that LG was sending. When i called back 2 months the ticket was closed and the part was never ordered. They told me that LG was supposed to send me the part. So let me get this straight LG is supposed to send me a part when I never spoke to LG, never deal with LG. So they are supposed to send me the door then what? i wait and look at the door? The company closed the ticket so they can get paid. All they cared about is the money to get paid for he call. There final response we will refer you back over to HomeDepot to have them send out a qualified LG technician. So then i wasted all that time with an unqualified, unprofessional company.
