I loved the selection, professionalism and customer service. Haitham was very helpful. I loved that they have a doorbell, I went to 6 other jewelry locations in the area and the employees were in the back so they didn’t see me standing outside the door. It’s too cold to make customers wait outside for long periods of time. Another perk, employees speak English. A jewelry store less than a mile away couldn’t help me because they didn’t speak any English; I asked for jewelry for a baby and he showed me necklaces you’d buy a rapper. I am devastated. I had two issues with this jeweler.

1 - I sent my wedding bracelet there to get fixed and it is completely ruined as you see in the photo. I was charged a fee for this mess! I did not bring this up to them because I won’t risk it being ruined more. Taking it elsewhere.

2 - My mother in law bought a bracelet for our son and he offered free engraving later. When I brought it in, he charged $45 even after I brought up what he said to my MIL
