It’s an awful place, don’t go there! I finished all my 6 sessions and it was so strange that I saw hair growing in certain areas which tells me that those parts have been totally ignored during the laser session. Asked to talk to the manager to give me an explanation of how’s possible that I am seeing hair growing in certain areas like laser was never done and her answer was everyone is different, she didn’t even bother herself to take a look on it. The equipments that they use are so old fashion and I could tell that the stuff is not specialized for that service. The guy that stays at front was so rude all the time. If you call them and they don’t answer, or if you live a voicemail, they’ll never call you back. Also, I have been burned a couple of times because if they see any hair left after shaving they want tell you, but they’ll continue with the laser, burn your skin and make you suffer . I regret that I spend my money and time over there. So disappointed! Believe it or not but that’s my first time doing a bad review, but it was well deserved. Horrible place. Do not go there. They do not know what they are doing. First, they refused to shave some areas I have missed. Second, they burned me. Thirdly, they charged me full price even though they have not done my full body. The other lady who was helping my sister shaved her but they did not with me? Then they tried telling me that they can’t shave you “because of Covid.” So my question is, why did they shave the areas my sister missed, but refused to shave me?
