I am absolutely furious with the treatment my fiancée received at this disgraceful excuse for a store! My fiancée was doing nothing more than browsing for the perfect wedding dress, and what does she get in return? A heaping pile of disrespect and aggression!

The so-called "salesperson" in this establishment decided it was a good idea to get all up in her face, practically shoving the dress down her throat and insisting that she had to buy it. Can you believe the audacity? To make matters worse, this sleazy individual resorted to outright lying and fabricating stories to manipulate my fiancée into making a purchase. That's not how you run a respectable business, that's how you run a scam!

And if that wasn't enough, as they were leaving the store, this repugnant salesperson had the nerve to wish harm upon us! Can you even fathom the level of unprofessionalism here? This place is a disgrace, and I wouldn't wish the kind of treatment we endured on my worst enemy.

I urge everyone to steer clear of this abhorrent establishment, unless you enjoy being disrespected, manipulated, and cursed at. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, somewhere that knows how to treat customers with even a modicum of decency. This place should be shut down...

I’ve never seen or experienced a more disrespectful owner ever. He wouldn’t let the family come in to see the wedding gown when I tried it on. A lot of pieces on my wedding day like the ribbon that tightens the corset wasn’t with the dress as well as the zipper the attaches the skirt to the dress was not there and when I confronted him about it he acted surprised and I had to fix it last minute. I as well bought brides maid dresses from him and they came 2 weeks before the wedding day and the girls didn’t have much time to alter the dresses and it did not look like the picture I had shown him as well as the sizes were x6 bigger then they should be. Every time I confronted him he would say it was my fault and would put the blame on me when it’s clearly all his fault. His attitude and his ego weren’t appropriate, he would say he is the best in Michigan and would recommend only himself.
