The worst place to ever buy absolutely anything from. I put down a $1000 deposit for a dress that was supposed to arrive in May. Waited months due to covid with no info on the dress. I then had to call her myself & ask about the dress. Luma (owner of the boutique) told me the dress had not shipped yet but was “done”. Wouldn’t provide any photos. I then told her I do not want the dress anymore as I KNEW it was not being made & she was straight up lying. I asked for my money back & she said no money back But insisted I wait on the dress to come in instead before deciding. I then asked her if I DID NOT want it if she would leave the $1000 as store credit for this time only because I had done business with her before. She agreed. Long story short- she sold my dress to another customer & posted her photo on instagram. Also telling me she sold the $2000 dress for $400 because she just had to get rid of it. DIDN’T EVEN CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW MY DRESS WAS AT THE BOUTIQUE & refused to give me money back or store credit after confronting her about it- accusing me of making that story up. Literally the biggest liar I have ever done business with. Greedy & disgusting. After having this issue with her I went on google reviews & seen a handful of experiences like my own. I waited a while to write this review, but with Girls starting to prom dress shop, I think it is important.

I took my daughter’s homecoming shopping. We were headed to Somerset Collection, and passed this location and decided to check it out.

We walked through the door, and a woman greeted us about three feet from the door. She asked what we were looking for and I said Homecoming Dresses.

The lady proceeded to say, “we don’t have those”. Mind you, right in front of us was an adorable dress that would have been perfect for my daughter. IT IS A DRESS STORE…

I curiously said, “What are these?” I proceeded to walk into the store to look at the other dresses - but my daughters begged me to leave and said, “she doesn’t want us here”. Finally I agreed to leave, but I swear - it was a Julia Roberts moment for them… Big Mistake..Huge!

My one daughter is a senior and was on the homecoming court so we needed to buy two dresses for her, and my other daughter is a sophomore, so we were looking to buy 3 dresses. I spent a lot of money…just not at their shop.

While I hope no one else encounters this, If you don’t feel welcome when you walk in, my recommendation would be to turn around and leave. Very...

This place is the worse place to go to get any dresses from. The lady there talk to you within attitude also she comments about your body what fits you and what not my size is M-L and can wear 10-12 . This place is very disrespect you and your body no matter what shape you are she still want to sale what she wants not what customer want. They wont show anything that is post on social media she will give you the dress that she choices for you.
