BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE! I am shocked at what just happened to me at this establishment. I was profiled from the moment I walked in the door. I Inquired about prices and the younger guy was talking to me with a very low and mumbled voice, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I proceeded to ask to see a men's chain that caught my eye, the guy pulled it down for literally one second and put it back on the shelf. I was so.confused, as I didn't even get a good look at it. I asked to see it once more, and he shook his head NO. 😳 I have never been disrespected like this anywhere else! I dunno if this clown thought I was going to steal his stuff, but even if this were the case, they have those magnet locks on the door. Where am I gona go? Worst experience I’ve had at a jewelry store, employees were very condescending and rude as soon as I walked in. I came initially to buy a set for my mother, and the experience was a 0/10. I wanted to take a picture to send to her to see if she’ll like it because she’s out of town, and they refused and gave me the worst attitude for asking to take a picture.

Trust me and go to Adam and Eves fine jewelry down the street. I went there after this horrible experience and they gave me top notch service right off the bat. So thankful for that! The sweetest couple runs that store. They helped me pick out a design for my mother, on top of giving me a good discount. I went back the next week and got another piece due to the great experience on top of trusting them with my repairs. I will gladly give my money there rather than this horrible...
