We ordered a cake 3/4 weeks in advance for our birthday party. We confirmed several times we wanted colors or funfetti inside for our little boy. We also paid an extra $12 for a specific printed digital image. We did not receive anything we paid for. Unfortunately my brother picked the cake up to help me out and did not know what we ordered or he would have told them upon pickup. The point is, we received plain white cake, and the smallest sloppy printed image that was not agreed on. On top of that, all of my guests asked if the bakery forgot to add sugar to their frosting because it had absolutely no taste whatsoever. There were small brown spots all over the cake that I assume was chocolate but no chocolate was ordered so I truly wonder if they sanitize their instruments and clean their spatulas and knives. Why was there messy chocolate mixed in with the tasteless frosting? When my sister finally found out that the cake she paid for and ordered was not what we agreed on with this “bakery”, she called them and they told her to bring it back. Sure, let me drive the 60 minutes round trip in the middle of my babies birthday party to let you “fix” a cake that should have been done right from the beginning. How did you plan on adding color on the inside of the cake after the fact? Were you going to inject food coloring? How did you plan to give us the digital image we paid for? We’re you going to magically order it and have a fairy place it on the cake within a few minutes? Were you magically going to add sugar on top of the frosting and hope it tastes better? Additionally, the handwriting for the cake was elementary child looking. On their website their hand writing looks nice, but what we got was a lazy, rushed, careless, tasteless cake. Had they been nicer on the phone when my sister called and perhaps refunded the $12 up charge for the digital image (that we didn’t even get), I may not have taken the time to write this. I probably would have moved on and never ordered from then again. However, they clearly believe they can treat people poorly and not care. Good luck in your future business endeavors. I’ll be sharing this experience with...
Read moreI ordered 2 custom birthday cakes each costs $55 I paid $30 deposit on each plus I provided them with a cake topper for one of the cakes. I had a relative pick up the first cake which is on 2/20/22 the color was wrong, they added sprinkles instead of pearls they sold the cake topper to another customer so my relative waited 30 mins for them to bring the cake topper back and still paid full price for the first cake which was $55. When I saw the cake I saw how horrible it looked I called and spoke to the owner he said “we have someone special make the cake that’s why they’re more expensive than regular cakes in the showcase” I asked for a refund back he agreed and I took the cake back. The girl that greeted me was mad at me and had full attitude. I asked to review the second custom cake I ordered which I’m supposed to pick up on 2/26/22 she looked at the previous note (the store associate had written) then asked me to clarify the order which I did then she said “this cake is going to cost you $70 not $55 because you brought back the first one”. I asked for a refund of my deposit she refused and gave me store credit when I asked for proof of it she had me take a picture of the old note. Worst service ever definitely won’t be going back or recommending. They need new staff ASAP.

Yesterday, I stoped by to order a costume birthday cake for my toddler. They were busy, so I waited about 15-20 min in line. It’s finally my turn, I told them that I needed to order a birthday cake, the girl said that someone else handles ordering and if I can step a side. I was like sure and waited even more as people are walking in and out. Finally I was fed up and asked “who will help me and when?” The girl looks around and ignores. Finally this one girl (short with black hair) comes up to and says “show me a pic!”. She didn’t greet me, apologize for the wait or anything. She just had such this attitude, I think this was what got me. I showed her a very simple pic (minions), she tells me that I have to provide all the toppers, can’t do this and can’t do that. She told me that all she can do is the color for $100. At this point it felt like she just wanted to push me out the door. She was super rude and unhelpful. I talked to some of my friends and they told me that they’ve had similar experience with that same girl (I wish I knew her name). Anyways I ended up leaving without ordering and wasted about 40 min of my day. I’m never going back to that place again, I don’t need to deal with...
