Kroger Marketplace — Local services in Sterling Heights

So after I had another discussion with the Kroger pharmacy Sterling heights about their poor service, organization and knowledge of the insurance systems I talked to the store general manager about it. He discussed the situation with the pharmacy managers and instead of things getting better some type of written note was put in my file and now another Kroger pharmacy that was going to fill my prescriptions won't. And they specifically sighted the entry in my file as to why they wouldn't. I never threatened anyone and only responded to their tone of voice and inability to fill my prescriptions consistently on time for several years. I noticed when they found out I was a disabled vet. They started treating me more poorly and questioning my prescriptions which come electronically from my doctors. And all my doctors are aware of my prescription profile as it hasn't changed in years and is recorded in my hospital network history. I don't know how the pharmacy manager can basically ban me from all Kroger's with no corporate involvement. Can anybody out there give me a hand ? I am just trying to get my prescriptions filled and still use the benefits of my Kroger membership. I would also like to know if the Kroger pharmacist entry is legal or not. I accept she could refuse me service at her store but all kroger stores ? And also not taking into account the pain and anxiety they put me thru when I never know if I'd get my medications on time and still don't. Who defends me from any unjust entries they put in the system that I cannot see or have a chance to respond too. Doesn't seem fair, so beware if your using or thinking of using the Kroger pharmacy in Sterling heights Michigan on dequindre Rd. Anyone...

First: Most workers are always grumpy, or act like they don't want to be anywhere near you, or want to do amything to help you.

Today, I went in without a receipt (item was a gift), it was an (8$ pair of press on nails).. so after waiting 35 mins in their customer service stand line (with only 2 people in front of me already being helped).. I get up to the counter and I mentioned that I don't have a receipt, but I'd just like to exchange this pair for the other pair I had went and picked out.. if it wasn't of equal price, I would have paid the difference... she just says, "we don't do anything without receipts".... yet, earlier this year, I went thru an aisle to do the same thing, exchange a pair of nails for another.. this time the cashier had not given me a receipt for the pair I was exchaing out... and it's no problem that I had no receipt.. they did the equal exchange... no problem at all---- I went on the website and it says returns under 10$ gets cash back, and above 10$ gets you money on a Kroger gift card... so really???? - you'll hand out money, but can't switch something evenly out... when I shop with you alll the time?

Let's not forget the time I asked a lady to count a couple cans yhat wouldn't go thru the returnables machine.. said I'd count them even.. and got a huge attitude about how I'm trying to give her covid.. yet other Krogers do it no problem... this same lady openly complains to costumbers about her...

"Great place with excellent service" Is probably what your neighbors and friends have been tellin' ya. Here they are feeding you this garbage, trying to brainwash ya. Well ya i know what its about. I scoped that joint out when i was working undercover down low. AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. this place has got all kinds of filfth its tryna hide. But I will not accept that. They try to wash it down the drain. But i am the voice of the people and i will expose these liars. You are probably thinking right now, "is this a review or a novel?" And you are also probably thinking "what kind of evidence is Kroger trying to hide?" well lemme tell ya! They are responsible for the murder of hundreds of animals a week. Do you ever wonder where your ground chuck comes from? what about that roast you just bought? well news flash! they got butchers! and butchers kill animals. I SEES IT WIT MY OWN EYES. they got livestock. they got guns. they got blood baths, and they got the killers hiding in there own shadows. they got jeemos and schlump grinders. Don't let the sweet old lady at the register fool you. "will that be paper or plastic?" she asks all innocelnty . well deep down she has evil in her core.
