Subway — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

I sent in a pickup order here at 10:40am for pickup at 12:05pm

I walk in at 12:06pm expecting my order to be ready because the app said it was. She apologized and told me she just was starting it now. Proceeded making my sub. People start walking in (getting busy) Then right before she puts the sauce on it and wraps it, she decided she needed to stock the restaurant with stuff for 12 mins while my sandwich sits there and all the other customers are being helped by the other employee. People are leaving while im sitting there. She was stocking lettuce and checking the bread. Just completely acting like i was a walk in and had all the time in the world. Not someone who had a pickup order set for a certain time. I didnt get my sandwich till 12:20pm!! Sat there the whole time watching everyone else get their orders taken and subs made. Im so mad. Will never spend another dime here. I got my pickup from here because it was closer to my job. Ended up taking longer and making it so i had barley any time for lunch.

I specifically ordered all of my dressing on the side that meant oil vinegar, mustard, and mayo. One of the sub sandwiches was saturated with mustard and mayo, and the other two saturated with vinegar and oil. The bread was very soggy and difficult to eat. The guy even asked over the phone you want your dressing on the side I see I said yes please I don’t know how many times I said please please please put the dressing on the side. I picked up the meals. All three were just saturated and I don’t live far from the subway. This is the reason why we wanted the dress Side so that our bread wouldn’t be soggy and mushy. The young lady appeared to be apologetic, but the guy really did care. I don’t know if it’s because we didn’t put a tip in the total, but who’s to say I was planning to tip them when I got there however, the case may be this was very poor poor Service. SO IRRIATED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! I went in to get 3 footlong and had a coupon for $17.99 the subs were made and they denied my coupon stated the subs I ordered I could not use the coupon I felt as though this may have been a racial issue since all the other customers were Arabic and received a discount and me being white did not even attempt to accept my coupon!!! The coupon literately stated what subs were not included so why was the all american club unable to be purchased when it clearly stated on the coupon NO CALI SUBS, FRESH MELTS FOOTLONG PRO WRAPS NEW MOZZ MEAT AND NEW SUPREME MEATS THIS IS LISTED AS A CLUB AND IT IS NOT ONE OF THE EXCLUSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
