I've been a HUGE fan of their clothing & shoes for just over a year! I returned a 30% discounted item via mail & requested an online refund to the store (the shoes were the wrong size) not knowing that anything 30% off is final sale. I received a personalized email saying that they usually will not honor the refund, but will this one time because of how easy it is to overlook policies when shopping. I have always had great experiences shopping with UOI Online but the customer service I received this week from Hannah went above and beyond my expectations! My 21st birthday is next week and she worked with me to place an order over the phone, after communicating via email, for a beautiful two-piece dress that hasn't even hit the website yet! These ladies are amazing! I live about 40 minutes away and went their Saturday at 5(which they were closing early that day). I walked in a couple minutes to close realizing they were closing. I was sad and showed a little frustration as I walked out. These girls came out to my car and allowed me to come in after close to shop. Showing nothing but kindness, and not rushing me at all!
