Fort Steuben Mall — Local services in Steubenville

I Dawn Brown was the site manager of the fort Steuben mall for a few months . When I first got there the place was filthy and stunk . My staff and I worked very hard to clean up the mall and have it at least be clean and sanitary . The mall is in terrible shape. Needs a new roof and floors and total over all upgrade . Not to mention a lot of the closed spaces and in the walls are full of mold . The roof leaks constantly and it’s only getting worse . The mall management is a joke All they do is talk about each other and try to make the other Office staff look bad. I was let go for speaking my mind on how the management team was unprofessional and Disrespectful. Since then my headaches went away and all the stress trying to keep up with a mall That the management company cares nothing about . It’s very sad I miss a few of the Mall walkers . What a complete JOKE this mall is! There's nothing of good quality in the mall. The condition of the mall is beyond RIDICULOUS!! No good stores, carpet is decades old, worn out and falling apart, needs to be painted, etc. Half of the mall has been boarded up. Stores keep closing. They should be absolutely ASHAMED of themselves for letting this mall go like this!!! It's a DUMP! Kmart closed and Sears is closing very soon too! The crime is ridiculous as well- shots were fired in the parking lot, people are found overdosed on heroin in their cars here, and now there was a bomb threat. They need to just shut this place down. The people of Steubenville need a SERIOUS reality check because they don't get how bad that mall and Steubenville really are!! And no one really cares but they just spread false rumors of stores opening. Go to Robinson mall or Ohio Valley Mall!! Won't find...

At Christmas time. It's a time for kids to enjoy santa.. I just couldnt believe that the Santa pictures were so overpriced...I paid 37 dollors for the smallest set. Which I seen most people in line doing. Now I no that everyone has to make money, in this world. But I really think prices like that, took away from peolpe who are not as fortunate as some people. I really believe they took away from children getting there pictures taken, at that price. Which you could spend up to 55 dollors on pictures. I hope next year, there is some different options for that display. Cause there was alot of people who wanted a picture. But just didnt. Cause of the pricing. Great picture quality, nice people working there. But too expensive. I got the pictures. But I hope there would be some changes next year. So everyone can have...
