The women that work here are sooo nice, but I brought my ring here to have it resized and soldered, and their jeweler could not get it right. They sent it to them twice and it kept coming back uneven. One side would be fine, but the other side was wide open, not even touching! I was told multiple times that my ring was not a set, and that it wouldn’t fit as a set. This WAS bought online as a SET from their website. I tried to explain multiple times that it did not look like this prior. I was fine with the slight opening that one side had, but not the giant space between the two rings on the other side. They were uneven, and it looked ridiculous. I did not appreciate being told they weren’t a set/couldn’t fit as a set when that was how they were bought. We even pulled up the purchase with the online photos, and I was STILL being told this. I took it to the Kay in southern park mall, Ally helped me there and made sure it came back the way it needed to. They got it right the first time. It looks great and is finally even on both sides. Holly is amazing she knows what she is talking about when it comes to jewelry. When we went in she introduced herself and asked what we came in for (routine cleaning). She took the time to inspect and clean the rings (upgrade for 5 year anniversary) and afterwards asked if there was anything else. Of course there was my wife wanted her rings soldered together. She looked at them and stated that a third ring would look "gorgeous" on attached to the set. My wife said she had her original wedding band that she would like to include. Holly took the time to make sure that the rings not only would look good together but to make sure that all would be completed together (we had to come in a second time to drop off the original wedding band). She also made sure that we were happy with our selection and then told my wife that she should "in the future" consider making her original engagement ring into a necklace showing her the mounts that were available.

Saturday was the 3 year anniversary of my nephew Travis's death. When I was scrolling through Facebook I saw a ring I loved. I called and spoke with Travis he helped me with options for me to acquire my beautiful ring. Sunday I went to the shop and I wanted Travis to wait on me personally so I could share with him about my nephew and how he helped me get throuh the day. He was not able to wait on me but the lady that did was so sweet and helpful. She was very patient while my daughter picked out what she wanted. After we were done I spoke with Travis briefly to tell him my story. Today I received a very sweet letter from him personally. It truly was appreciated and such a sweet gesture.
