I really don't do reviews a lot but I am pretty disappointed with the services I received at this store despite being a returning customer. My first encounter was when I was trying to purchase a new wedding band for my husband since he lost his. I ordered the ring and went to pick it up and it was the wrong ring. not even remotely close, I ordered a simple gold band and what came in was a rose gold and black band. I get it mistakes happen but when I told the lady that this was not the ring I ordered she made me call my husband to make sure he didn't change it, despite the fact that I already told her he would not have done that. and then she reluctantly ordered me the correct ring. Second situation, my husband and I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring. The lady that helped us was reluctant to pulling anything out of the cases or spending much time at all assisting us. Went in another night to order the ring had great service the lady said it would take until the 20th of December to get the ring done we said that's great we just want it by christmas she said no problem! We went to pick up the ring December 20th and only two of the three bands were there and we were informed it would be another 2-3 weeks before the third came in. All they could say was "I don't know why she would have told you that" and it says right on our receipt ready by 12/20/2019... they also gave us an incomplete appraisal and had to redo that as well. Will not be returning, terrible customer service by every staff member we have...

I came in to have two rings cut off, they were on the same finger and were very painful. The clerk teased me that she might cut my finger off and then I had to wait for them to find the snippers. She did not cut my finger, but I had my rings repaired and re-sized (to avoid the same situation again).

A week later, the two rings were re-sized, however I noticed later that day that my garnet ring had a hairline crack right through the center of the stone. I didn't recall that ever being there and was in fact sure that the damage had occurred during the re-sizing. After a month of wearing, it developed another crack and split apart. My peridot ring, around the same time, also cracked. It seems that they adjusted the band but did not adjust for the stones, and the pressure of the setting on them with the new size caused each to break and become unwearable. I was saddened by this...

My brother passed away and he had an award ring that he wanted me to have and to wear. The ring was too big for my finger. I went to Ayers Jewelers and they bent over backwards to do the resizing and had it ready for me in 3 hours so that I could wear it to his wake and his funeral. I have learned that normal time for this is approximately a week. As soon as they learned why I was there, they did a super rush job for me even though I didn't ask that they do this. And the price was exceptional.
