This business goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I typed in the incorrect house number today when I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who had been in an accident. Totally my fault, I was worried about her and having a bad day myself so I guess I have an excuse. The delivery person called me to ask if they could leave the flowers on the porch because no one was answering the door. It seemed weird that no one answered- I knew that my granddaughter is not able to drive for awhile and that my daughter (her mom) was working from home. The delivery person sent me a photo in a text. It was then that I realized I gave them the wrong address. I called Lily and Vine. They drove to the original house, picked up the arrangement, and redelivered them.
