This business goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I typed in the incorrect house number today when I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who had been in an accident. Totally my fault, I was worried about her and having a bad day myself so I guess I have an excuse. The delivery person called me to ask if they could leave the flowers on the porch because no one was answering the door. It seemed weird that no one answered- I knew that my granddaughter is not able to drive for awhile and that my daughter (her mom) was working from home. The delivery person sent me a photo in a text. It was then that I realized I gave them the wrong address. I called Lily and Vine. They drove to the original house, picked up the arrangement, and redelivered them. My children gave me a beautiful floral arrangement from Bev's Floral & Gifts for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, after the second day it was beginning to wilt. I sent an email to to Bev's after hours, and let them know that I was dissatisfied. Right away at 5:30 the next morning, I had a personal email (not one of those automatic, "no reply" types) from the owner, offering to pick up the original arrangement and deliver a fresh one at my convenience. The new one was even more beautiful than the first, and still looks as nice as it did on Monday.
