Great, cozy place for coffee, reading, and getting work done - completely decked out with decor and calming music. Staff are very friendly and show utmost attention, care and service to the cats and customers. Prices are fair and variety of drinks is appropriate. I was able to go right at opening and do a walk-in 45-minute time slot - though I imagine that isn't always the case especially during higher customer traffic hours like on weekends; helps to fill out the waiver online beforehand. Kitten room is adorable with all the kittens bouncing off the walls and active all the time, every time. Adult cat room is more relaxed with most of the cats wanting an afternoon snooze. Nice to have quiet, calm music in the background for the environments, and they set forth and implement good rules for guests to follow. Great to see so many toys and places for the cats to play, sleep or wander about. They seem well cared for given the space and size of the building they take up, and it didn't look like there were any issues. Lastly, absolutely fantastic that they advocate and support adoption of the cats and kittens. You can tell the staff have strong relationships and knowledge about the life history of the cats and that they want to see them with the right companion for them to live the best possible life...
Read moreWhere to even start with this wonderful experience. We were welcomed in and asked if we had been there before by the barista. She explained the drink menu, explaining some of the names of the drinks are cat puns, absolutely loved the creativity. She was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We added on time in the cat room which was during The Weeknd so the rates for an adult is $12 per person which I did not find to be badly priced at all, it goes to fund the care of the cats. We spent around 20 minutes in each room as adult cats and kittens are separated. The staff here are so friendly, chatting with us during the visit and telling us the cats name and ages. The flavor of the drinks are phenomenal. We got the strawpurry smoothie and a caramel iced coffee. They have baked goods available for purchase as well! I would stop here again for just the drinks and atmosphere alone. The establishment is cutely decorated with cat art, making it a very fun time to browse the walls and find all the hidden gem cats. Highly recommend stopping in whether it’s for the drinks or for the cats. Was a wonderful experience that I plan to repeat...
Read moreOK, so we ordered smoothies. These are delicious! (pricey, but delicious) However.. You guys are getting a 1 star review. We paid 20 dollars for our drinks, as a family... But, you want to charge 12 dollars per adult and 10 dollars for children to sit with cats.. For 45 minutes?! That's upsetting. I get that they need to be paid for. But... That's still just too crazy. We already spent money on drinks and it's literally called a cat Cafe. Don't call it a cat Cafe if cats aren't automatically involved... If you need to raise money for them. Let people make donations. And make it so you have to order to sit in there, or even have people donate cat food, etc... My girls were excited to see the cats. But I'm not spending practically as much as I would at the zoo to sit with them. I'm just appalled that they charge that much to sit with cats.. So crazy! Don't call it a cat Cafe, because the cat Cafe that I went to before didn't charge extra. Because it was a cat Cafe!! We will not...
