I came in for a haircut due to losing my hair for medical reasons. I brought in photos to show the stylist what I wanted. I ended up leaving with my hair much shorter then I requested. To the point I only have 2 inches left in the top of my head when I came in with my hair 4 inches below my shoulders. I contacted cloud 9 and spoke with Zoe, I emailed in the photos I showed the styles and what I received. She was very kind and understanding. Offered for me to come in and have it evened out. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly and accommodating faces. Today I had a massage with Charley. The beautifully appointed massage room was very quiet and inviting.

Charley asked just the right amount of questions and the went about providing an amazing relaxing experience.

The room invokes peace and calm with the massage bed set to the right temperature and the music set to just the right sound level. With sound proofing on the walls, I found myself completely relaxed within minutes.

Charley is the quintessential professional. She applied just the right pressure and environment.

Cloud 9 is by far the best Salon I have ever been to! Such a clean salon and beautifully decorated. They are my go to for hair, nails, and massage. All the staff members are extremely kind and professional. They have always listened to all my request and worked with me to get the exact results I had in mind. My hair always looks amazing, and is exactly how I imagined, they’ve even worked with me many times to fix my hair disasters I’ve created for myself.
