Well, I am sad to say that new ownership is not making good decisions. First time I've been to OIP since management change. It's obvious all pizza toppings are being sourced from another supplier. Ingredients are not as fresh and good. Got a mega fry and there was a very thin layer of bacon bits and hardened cheese on top. 90% were just french fries with nothing on it. Oh well, they had a good run. I'm done. Don't get me wrong, The pizza was okay, It was average good. It's just a shame that they are changing ingredients and menu options. Change the name! It's NOT OIP............ For the owner, don't even think about accusing me of reviewing another restaurant's food. This came from your place! I've lived around here for the past 20 years. Never have. I had a bad meal there until now. You do the math. It's obvious you're sourcing your ingredients from other places

I had an amazing experience at the best Italian pizza place in town! I went there to try something different and ordered their steak burger with fries and a drink can you believe it only cost me $8? The food was incredible. The fries and burger were so flavorful it felt like a party in my mouth. And as if that wasn’t enough, they surprised me with two small portions of pizza for free, which were absolutely delicious. The customer service was just as great as the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t regret it!

Waited two hours for an extremely botched order. No cheese on any of the chicken cheesesteaks. The chicken was burned, just lettuce and burnt chicken on bread. Had to add my own mayo. They also completely forgot to give us one of the subs. Our stromboli wasn’t bad but all in all, it’s a shame. New owners were not even remotely prepared to take over, they need an actual system in place or they won’t last long.

Wouldn’t recommend. Charged me for 2 subs when I only clearly ordered one then fought with me about it - had to carry all the food back inside because I realized I way over paid for what I ordered when I got back to my car... and he literally took the sub from me (had to open up each one with his bare hands to find out which one didn’t belong - even though he claimed I ordered two hot subs and one cold.... so take one of the hot ones out?) in order to refund my money, which he still didn’t refund the full amount. You would think he’d be like- my bad, just keep it 😂 but no. Prices are ridiculously high for a small town. Fries need flavor or salt. Cheesesteak was soggy. Large portions though - maybe tone down on portion size and then cut the prices back a little....

I am SO done with this place!!! Do NOT go there!!! Went for the first time after a new ownership (unbeknownst to us) waited an HOUR for food after ordering online and being told the wait would be around 20-30 minutes. Then the chicken tenders were undercooked (wish I’d taken a photo they were pink and it was soggy inside it like it hadn’t cooked long enough) and clearly something was wrong with something I ate there because I now have an upset stomach due to what my dr believes is food poisoning. I’m actually angry
.. probably won’t get refunded and that’s fine but that being said


The old owners were way better and more efficient in making sure this stuff...
