Dear corporate-Understand when it's time to close.... 5/20 Tall male w dark hair and beard walked thru the store shouting rudely customers had 10 minutes, the store was closing!! Use a mic and make a professional formal reminder!!
Most us who shop here on the regular are aware of 8pm time. 👍
It's not what you say, but how you say it. It was only 2 people working the entire store from what I could see. Both in a rush to buy personal items and rush out...from my view.
I like thIs store and products bu your staff need to be trained properly. Most of the staff- working on the floor putting out stock- acts bothered and angry when asking for assistance...
5/20-The tall male w dark hair and beard rapidly walked up the aisles -rudley shouting- then gave me and my child an evil eye👀twice as I watched him in my path. I had a question but I dared NOT stop him, while shoutingto ask him a question as a customer. Instead of ignoring the guest...Maybe ask the few customers there are you finding what u need....then people can head to check out sooner....hmmm
The short, older, bald cashier never greeted or thanked me. He gives no eye contact - start rush swiping. never smile or greeted me likeAdli 👍 would expect in Corporate!$$
Again it's time to close but I didn't appreciate being rushed and unappreciated for my business. Neither would corporate!
Without the last minute customer and future self serve registers- you two can be out of a job. Food for thought. Treat guest the way u want to be treated.
PS Management : Have seen the tall -dark haired -bearded guy collecting left over quarters and pocket them...is this good store policy or legal?? I've seen this action by the same person in...
Read moreThere is going to be a fight break out one day in this place over the idiotic checkout setup. Somebody had the bright idea that the line should remain over by the produce counter even if another line opens which is STUPID!! The lane is behind another counter where you cannot see others in line so a customer steps up on the other side seeing a much less crowded lane open so naturally they get in that line like any NORMAL grocery store would operate. It causes confusion and could be so easily fixed. One rude manager I don't see much one day shouted out MY LANE is NOT THE LINE ! Makes no sense. One Friday the tall gal with the attitude during a very crowded rush hour let's the only line open back up half way to the dairy counter before she finally decided to open a second lane. Do ya think ? I see another lane open so I get in line. I am then accused by some nasty mannered old lady of breaking in line which I have never broken in line in my life. I said go ahead no big deal. Then she would not advance to the open line so I went on to it. I have a life so I have no time to argue over a grocery check out. I even let others go before me if I see they have less items because I have manners and I try to be polite unlike some people. She then broke in front of me just as I began to put my items on the line. If she had not been an old woman there would have been trouble and I don't like trouble. I have heard others accused of breaking in line in there because of the same issue. This is ultimately Aldi's fault and it again could be easily fixed. The place could use some cleaning too. Just saying. I think I will just go to the McDonough location from now on. Don't...
Read moreWow. Worst Aldi I have ever been in. Bathrooms were filthy. One was out of soap. Floor in store was dirty. Check out area made no sense as there was one line for 2 registers and customers were not advancing to even near a register until previous customer checked out. There were floor markings for 6ft so this was not social distancing. There was literally prob 20' between the person checking out and next customer. When I realized what was happening and how slow the checkout process was going I decided not to wait (over 12 people in line.) I took my 5 items to the front and told the manager I didn't want to wait in that huge line for so long for 5 items and asked her what I could do with them. She looked completely dumbfounded and finally told me to put them on a conveyor belt of a closed register. No apology. No attempt to resolve the issue. Oh and not only was the manager standing up front but another employee and there were at least 2 more employees on the floor. And no kne opened a new register even though the line was out of control. My regular Aldi is clean, efficient, never allows the line to get out of control before opening an additional register and the staff are kind and professional. SO disappointed in...
