No stars. They suck. Too much to text. But the service is nonchalant, the food wasn’t great after waiting long for it. I don’t mind the wait but at least prepare the food correctly. Management was not worried whatsoever about getting the line down at the drive thru and inside. Employees arguing with other employees. This location is very unprofessional. I waited for 8 mins in drive thru only to have my order wrong, ordered 12 wings, only got 6 and had to go back. So I just asked for a refund. Shift leader Christopher seemed nice but was a little snippy. Instead of apologizing or asking to remake order her asked”what’s wrong?” SMH. Very unprofessional. I explained and he said ok, so I asked an employee what’s the Gm name and Christopher replied “ shush don’t say nothing and then said we don’t have one”. How and why and WHO is in charge here then!?? I’m so upset over this. I should have got my money back when I sat at the window listening to employees argue while managers did nothing. And I think one of them was a manager 🤦🏽♀️ I will not be returning to this location at all. You got people that boxing the food on their phones texting bare handed and then proceed to fix food. Cooks cooking chicken with raw meat and flour on them and then coming to the front leaning on counters. 🤢 as I was waiting on my refund, Christopher begins a chat with an employee picking up her check and he stopped focusing on me and went to get her check from the back and returned only to have a conversation about outside work. All while TWO more employees, one a manager was having a whole conversation while the line is out the door. Sooo The girl then asked for free food, while you have paying customers in line waiting. Then Chris stated what you want, and told the other girl who was bagging to fix it. I then asked Chris to give me my refund and stop chit chatting and he replied “ she is a customer also”. I said no she not, she’s an employee looking for her check and FREE food, while your line is out the door. Make it make sense. So after 5 more minutes I received my refund and the girl got free food and her check and the line was still long. This place is so unorganized. DONT EAT HERE. Poor hygiene, poor management, poor customer service on the day 11/10/23 around 3pm. SO SAD. who is in charge? Who is sitting on their behind collecting a fat check while their restaurant is a hot mess? DO BETTER! Popeye...

I saw a young lady (the expeditor and she has an accent) walk to the back and without washing her hands first, reach into the freezer and with her bare hands put some chicken into the fryer. Then once again, without washing her hands, she went back to expediting the food. I quickly brought this occurrence the attention of the manager on duty (I hate that I didn't get her name, but she had a scar on her face) and her reply was pretty much that what the young lady did was "okay" because she wasn't touching money; her only job is to serve food. For the record I know A LOT about food safety and food handling. I told the manager that was simply "cross contamination" and yet she was still trying to justify what the young lady did, which was pretty shocking to me. All of a sudden my concern became comical as team members were blatantly and non discreetly laughing by the drive thru window (a short girl with braids and a headset, a boy with braces, and even the young lady I called out - while the manager stood there). I said to the manager who I felt poorly handled the situation and the staff that "it's all fun and games until someone gets sick", her reply " they're not laughing - they're trying to stop her from crying" yet as she is saying that, the young lady walked back to the expeditor window with a big a** grin on her face. Then out of sarcasm, the young lady went back to the fryer station to retrieve the food she started cooking into a holding container and then joking said out loud, "let me go wash my hands!", once again getting her team members riled up. For the record she did a poor job of washing her hands too.. The team needs to understand how not-funny food safety is and possibly be retrained on proper procedures and customer concerns...

Update go today and Ms Brenda the general manager is on expo I will request those tapes be pulled because while waiting about 5 people came in to return their meal and Mrs Brenda say she a general manager so clearly she not competent and she cant read a recipe or count because expo makes the restaurant go round with out competent people on expo you loose money and inventory she cant count I have gotten spoiled food from here at night my order is never right and her and her incompetent staff always have a attitude when you ask for fresh food or have a request I simply said hey you gave me and she got mad cause I said you first of all when someone pays for a service they pay for it to be accurate so whether I said you or Popeyes do your job general manager however I didnt get my order or my refund and she was nasty. they had the spicy and hot flipped half the time it stinks in there and nasty at night after I finish with corporate and get my refund and coupons imma make sure Mrs Brenda credentials are verified she say she GM and this a franchise so one would think that Popeyes wouldn't want an uneducated disrespectful miserable woman representing their company. Waiting an hour for some soggy chicken that you didnt ask for is wild then being met with a miserable unprofessional uneducated woman like Mrs Brenda the general manager who cant read or count...
