Today I just wanted to end the day on a nice note. Well played HL&W Since I can't add a new review I'll add to this one. This place never fails. Steve and the rest of the staff are ALWAYS!! Welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Today I went to get a few sticks and get the friendly personal treatment. A few customers were there and I noticed that we all got that same friendly glad to see you service. Go there get your sticks and leave feeling a little bit better.

I Wish I could give this place a zero. I came to look at the wine and cigars on a Sunday afternoon and the two workers ruined it all. I came in and both couldn’t stop laughing while looking at me and made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked what was wrong and they couldn’t say anything while continuously laughing. Honestly felt like they might have been high on something. The experience was horrible and I won’t be coming back. I don’t even leave reviews that’s mad...
