El Polo on Wilson way yesterday Oct 2/19 I decided to ask coworker let take our family member for lunch we had paperwork to do also. We couldn’t enjoy our meal Flies flying everywhere there were at least 10 on a door I got up open it let those awful flies out. Now I feel sick I want my money back. Please clean up those flies my family member work for Health Dept I was telling her how I feel sick after trying to eat there. I didn’t see any where the food was Prepare however salsa bar is open I find this place is not clean El Polo I am waiting to her from you!!! Thank You Thanks to Google this s good way to let business know what they need to clean up Get Busy I am going to the one out North I like there food reasonable as well

The food is good here, in addition to flavor, it is fresh and there are several healthy options. Both of these aspects set it apart from other fast food places. The service is usually friendly, particularly in the drive thru, although the drive thru line is often long and does take some time to get thru. On the times I've gone in to order, to avoid the long drive thru line, it's not uncommon to stand there for awhile feeling ignored with barely a glance or greeting acknowledging you are there, even when there's no line inside. There have also been times when the order was wrong (missing an item or forgot to leave off the guacamole) but did not notice until I was already home about to eat. As mentioned, great tasting food, it's fresh, friendly service at the window, not so much in the restaurant and 50/50 errors with the order is why I gave 3 stars. I still go here occasionally. Ordered Chicken Black bean bowl. It advertised filled with fired grilled chicken breast, tender broccoli, ripe avocados, rice, cheese and salsa. I was very disappointed it wasn't "chicken breast". It wasn't "filled". They asked what I wanted instead of broccoli (they were out of) and no avocado. They advertise Dr Pepper but don't have it and the chips they offered I didn't received. So all and all (gas, time and expectations) I was disappointed. I watched the commercials for a few days before actually giving in and trying it. Although very disappointed not getting what my mouth was expecting, what I did wind up with wasn't all that bad. Which by no means does not make up for the original disappointment and measures should be taken to correct inaccuracies for sure.
