The experience started out well, friendly and accommodating. However, the hairdresser was not knowledgeable in Natural hair care or how to handle it. She deep conditioned my hair and that was fine. I needed a trim and she suggested a blow dry or flat iron. I wanted as little heat as possible so did a blow dry. The issue is she blow dried my dry hair with no leave in or no moisture added except rubbing a little castor oil on it. My hair wasn't easy to blow dry because the strands were so dry and caused some breakage. The trim was uneven and choppy. She then tells me that next time I come in, she will flat iron it and even it out. My hair couldn't be combed because it was so dry and tough. I told her to just use a scrunchy and put it in a loose ponytail because it was so unmanageable. I left the salon looking horrible. I had to moisturize and do a hot oil treatment overnight at home to get some moisture back in my hair so I could comb it. This stylist does not understand Natural hair. The fact that she was comfortable to let me leave the salon with hair looking and feeling worse than it did when I came in the salon speaks VOLUMES! The hairdresser...

Tiffany has always cared about her clients hair. I was referred to her by my best friend who is also a client. When I lived in Hawaii and Germany I would always make a trip to Sister to Sister Hair designs when I was in town for Tiffany to hook my do up and she delivered!!!

Fast forward to present. I currently live 2.5 hours away and started experiencing thinning in the crown of my head due to medication and menopause. My best friend told me about a hair growing system that Tiffany uses and suggested I get some. I contacted Tiffany and she sent the product to me within days. I have been using it for about 4 weeks and I can see a big difference.
