Pi-bytes — Restaurant in Stone Mountain

New Review My 1st review was not very good and I attracted 24 views. My 1st review was not based on service or the food. But on the fact they were closed and I drove 12 miles after google stated they were open. However today my review is based on customer service and quality of food and they were both exceptional. I ordered the thin crust turkey and basil pizza. Service is very professional and the Mrs. was kind and conversational even after learning I gave a poor rating last week. She explained it was an emergency on that day and they had to close. So understandable and I am happy I had sense enough to come back.

I so enjoyed being in Pi Bytes today and I will be returning. My family enjoyed the pizza. Much success to Pi Bytes!!!

Old I checked google to see the hours of this restaurant and its site said open until 6pm. I drove 12 miles to arrive to a sign on the door that said " Closed for the day." I was very disappointed. I advise this business to communicate their closings on social media and web platforms as a courtesy to potential customers. I went to the new pizza shops a few doors down and was delighted with the service and my meal. I may give pi-bytes...

I have an onion and garlic allergy, so it's not everyday that I can just stroll into a place and be able to eat. I've got to say, I could not only eat here, I ate exceptionally well. They really understand food here! I told them that I couldn't have onion/garlic, and without skipping a beat, he was like "OK, I'll make you a sauce. What kind do you want?" Man! I'm not used to choices with my allergy.

The pizza was amazing! Best I've ever had (sorry mom)! The homemade sauce was great, but what really set it off was the crust -- thin enough for crunch yet thick enough for some chew. Really perfect.

The Bailey's Bourbon Pecan Pie was also fantastic. Potentially the best pecan pie I've ever had (again, sorry mom). I'm generally not a pecan pie fan, but I went with chef's choice on this one and wasn't disappointed!

It's really good food, made from scratch, warm and inviting, and family owned and operated. What more could you ask for?

Oh yeah, and they make their own drinks! I'll definitely be...

PLEASE NOTE: this review is not about the food...as I have yet to taste it. My advise would be to Call before you go and hope that works!...Unfortunately it did not for me. After calling several days and leaving message regarding the schedule for Pi-Bytes in Stone Mountain, I called one Friday in Feb 2021, and finally got an answer! The young lady said they were opened and would probablyf be open until about 7 PM that evening. I was super excited because I had been trying to patron this place for a while....even before Covid. I Headed across town to get there. When I got there, they were closed and there was a sign on the door saying out on a delivery will return at 4. So, I decided to wait.
