Sistah Doing Nailz — Local services in Stone Mountain

The lady who did my nails cut my hand a few times. The picture is about 3 days after she did my nails. They are so thin. I complained about how thin they were she just told me no. I kept complaining and she called herself fixing it. But they are still paper thin. You can see through them if you look close. Low quality. Left acrylic all over the back and around my fingers and she said she would “just let me handle that “ . When the job was done, instead of letting me put in my info, she did it…then asked was I gonna leave a tip…which I still did before all these thin crispers started popping off. Would be 0 stars if possible. I really I don’t think the pictures posted belong to the person who did my nails. She says it’s not her, but maybe someone is working for her. It is inside a hair salon, you walk to the back and turn left. It was your establishment ma’am. My first and last time. Check the photos and make it right…...

I wanted to give her a try due to her being African American instead of me going to the Asians all the time because they don’t appreciate my dollars. I called to try to speak to her and get some questions answered. Cynthia was rude, condescending and aggressive. Every time I spoke she over talked me or cut me off. Her excuse was “I’m trying to answer your question before you go into something else.” It was almost like she expects to get the black dollar because she’s black. I cancelled my appointment. I don’t want to deal with all that attitude. I’d rather keep going to the Asians because her and them have something in common: they feel like you should give them your money regardless of how they treat you. At least I know what I’m getting with the Asians.

Hello all, I just want to tell you about a great experience I had today. I had my nails done earlier in the day and that did not go well...just saying. So we found Cynthia is Stone Mountain inside the Sister to Sister’s hair salon on main street in Stone Mountain . Let me just say, the service was top notch. Cynthia is experienced, professional, clean and she looks like me.

I can appreciate having my nails done in a private, clean and professional environment by a nail tech that is reasonably priced. In addition, someone I can communicate with if I choose to. Cynthia got me in and out and I am a very happy customer. Last minute disaster Cynthia turned my day right side up! Stop by and tell her Tami told you about her.
