Diors Jewelers PANDORA — Local services in Stonecrest

I visited this store since it was way closer than going to actual Pandora store. I brought 2 bracelets, 3 charms and 2 clips. Theses were all Christmas gifts and have until January 31 to return for and exchange if need be. Well needless to say I needed to say I needed to exchange 1 of the bracelet due to it very hard to open. It was a lady on duty and was told I could buy a device to help open up the bracelet. I’m like why would I do that the other one isn’t hard to open. She told me that’s all she can do and was very RUDE about it. I still have the bracelet that’s super hard to open. My daughter scared to even try because she think it might brake. I will NEVER shop there again. I should’ve took the time to drive the extra mile to an establish dealer for Pandora. Lesson well learnt the hard way. They had no problems taking my money but had a problem solving the problem. Even if you don’t want to drive far go to Jared they sell Pandora and will exchange and item without problems. Poor...

It was not a good experience at all. The staff at this location did not greet me or my granddaughter and I entered the store with a smile and greeted the staff there. I went into the store to exchange a bracelet for the correct size and was told the store was sold out of the bracelet until January. So I told the clerk I wanted to return the bracelet and was told the bracelet can only be returned at an authorized dealer which was listed on the door at this location and only Pandora jewerly is sold here. I will not return to this location as I did not feel welcomed and I do not recommend this location. To the staff at this establishment please remember this (Never judge a book by its cover) and lying to customers is not good...

My son purchased a necklace from this store and they didn’t have exactly what he wanted the saleswoman reassured him he could exchange the pendant at the pandora corporate store. Once he went to the corporate store a Lennox mall they was not willing to make the exchange for the right product. The pendant is rose gold and the necklace and charm is silver it is hideous. The sales people at this store will tell you anything to make a sale. My son then went back to Dior Jewelers and asked for a refund any they told him no refunds were allowed. Scam artist work...
