Horrible place!!Had a Bluetooth, amp and speaker installed.They finished the job called me out to show me everything.They couldn't due to my ac being knocked out during the time of installation.I went back inside called me back out.No one knew how to program the Bluetooth to my phone.Finally one of the guys that use to work there.Just so happened to stop by.He was able to fix it.After leaving the shop i noticed my music wasnt putting out.like it was suppose to.Also my middle console side piece was shattered to pieces.After returning 5 min later i confront the Gentleman behind the counter and ask him about the damage.Of course he tells me it was already like that.My radio system he had no idea why it was not playing as loud as it should have.Will never ever return.The next Day I took my Vehicle to "Fly"Mays 519 Customz on Covington Highway.They repaired everything .Great deal Super professional.Platinum Auto the two guys that did the horrible job on my truck were the owners and they're liars.How can you be my Grandparents age and still lie about simple things.Instead of owning up to...

This place is a total joke!!!!! I took my motorcycle in to have my back up camera installed one week ago. The camera I had Kevin told me it was for a car tag and it would not fit. I told him to cut the plastic sides off and it would fit. He said he had a better camera to fit and I agreed. I showed him where I wanted the monitor to go and he said it would be better by my gauges. I told him I didn't want my gauges blocked. I picked my bike up the next day and the camera was not levelled, therefore my monitor was showing half of a car and my monitor was on my windscreen blocking my gauges. I got home with my bike the monitor stopped working. I crank my bike several times and nothing!!! I contacted Kevin regarding the problems and told him I wanted my original camera back as well. When I took my bike back to him today I insisted he take his camera off my bike and give my original camera back and I did not want him to touch my bike. I asked for 60.00 of the 120 back and he said he would not refund me any of my money. I'll get a real professional to do the job!!!! DO NOT GO HERE A TOTAL...

I went here Because the radio in my truck stopped working. I paid for a new radio and the installation and went home to wait for the car. When the repair was done , instead of charging me for a radio I did not need they actually fixed the radio that was in my dash and saved me a lot of money. I was able to take the savings and upgrade my stereo while I was at it. A lesser businessman just would have swapped the radios without looking out for my best interest. these gentlemen did not do that. they did the honorable thing even though it would’ve taken revenue out of their pocket.

When I came to pick up my truck I noticed something I wasn’t pleased with and turned around and came back. The technician came out to the parking lot and with no problems fixed what I needed corrected and I was on my way.
