Eat Wrong
Eat Right Caribbean Restaurant, unfortunately, falls short of expectations on multiple fronts. I had my infant daughter in the backseat restless and screaming. Soon as I get up to the window I hurry to access my tap payment and the light skin short petite big teeth jamaican lady is asking me options to my order which I hear her but according to her mind I'm not responding fast enough. She assumes I'm texting and not listening but I'm simply pulling my tap payment up to be ready on my end. She rudely and unprofessionally tells me I need to "work on listening" as if I'm a child. I advised her of my long wait,screaming child in the backseat and me trying to pull payment as I was disgusted by her lack of customer service. She had such a nasty attitude, once I received my food I turned right back around and ask for a refund because the drive thru service was that bad from this particular lady. Read moreThis is my worst experience ever at a restaurant, I bought a jerk chicken dinner today the 03/29/2022 well I sat in the parking lot in my car to eat my first bite of the chicken I realized it was spoiled, so I went back to the drive true where I purchased the meal ,the person that sold me the meal her name is Samantha, I told her that the chicken was spoiled, she said to me there nothing she can do because all sale is final ,I asked to speak to the manager, she said ok but is the same thing she is going to tell you, any the manager came and did say the same thing, so I said ok am not moving from the drive true until am reimbursed so she can call the cop ,they eventually reimbursed me,the manager &Samantha they really give it to me they both curse me out properly calling me all sorts of names, and that I should not come back to the restaurant,,and all I wanted was to be reimbursed for the spoiled food...
